(iv) {x : x  R,3  x  4} [ {x : x  R,3  x  4} = [3, 4] . Length = 4 – 3 = 1]

Also, find the length of each interval.


11. Write the following intervals in the set-builder form:

(i) (–7. 0) [ (−7,0) = {x : x  R and − 7  x  0} ]
