The sample of respondents was selected by a simple random sampling method from undergraduate

process was carried out in the form of testing using a Google form. Initially, 500 questionnaires were sent
out, but 38 students refused to participate in the study at various stages, while 15 respondents failed to
answer all the test items.

Participants
A total of 447 university students from various institutions in China participated in the study:

- **Control Group**: 215 students using traditional methods.
