1. Plaint of the recovery of money.
2. Written statement for the plaint above mentioned.

5. Revision petition against an order rejecting application for amendment of plaint.

under section 10 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

II – CRIMINAL PLEADING

2. Complaint for cruelty by husband or relative of husband u/s 498-A of IPC.
3. Memorandum of appeal against the conviction on a trial under the above- mentioned complaint.
4. Draft an application under 156(3)Cr.Pc,1973 for the registration of FIR under section 304-B
of Indian Penal Code,1860 r/w Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code,1860.
