The noticed defects are as under:-
1. Clarify the mentioned ORDER DATED 26.02.2024 AND ORDER DATED
11.03.2024 and order dated 06.01.2025, in the detail of appeal. .
2. As per the challenging order dated 26.02.2024 and 11.03.2024 the Appeal is
barred by limitation..
3. The original certified copy of the Impugned order has not been filed, Either file
the Impugned order stamped (paid/unpaid) coloured copy of the Impugned order or
file an IA (for exemption from filing a certified copy of the Impugned order)..
4. Emrollment number is not mention on the vakalatnama..
5. Clariy the mentioned dt : 26.07.2024 on the caveat clearnce..
6. Remarks: Under notice No 135/2023 Dated 04.10.2023, index all the IAs in the
master Index after the Memo of parties and Synopsis but before the memorandum of
appeal (FORM NCLAT -1). .
7. Note: Please check and ensure that all details and all documents are uploaded with
correct indexing, bookmarking and ensure that the pagination is properly done in all
the volumes with Original COLORED SCAN documents, especially the impugned
order (If the Impugned order is certified/Uncertified), Signatures, notary, stamps, etc.

8. Submit the undertaking of the Bharat kosh payment Reference number which did
not use other connected appeals or separate appeals and applications..
