For JH PILLAR: 1) Cleaning Time Reduction 2) Easy to Lubricate 3) Easy to Inspect 4) Easy to Re-tighten 5) Inaccessible area improvement & Pending White Tag status & Plan for Abnormality removal to be included Example: Target Cleaning time reduction Target for this week Spindle Guard to be provided Todays Plan To study the burr splash / Temporary guard to be provided / Effectiveness to be checked / Material to be organized for permanent guard / Permanent guard to be fabricated / Effectiveness to be verified For KK PILLAR: Target to be linked with PQCDSM 1) Losses Reduction 2) Cycle Time Reduction (or) Productivity Improvement 3) Manufacturing Cost Reduction Example: Target Loss reduction (Prioritize Loss from Loss data of that cell) Target for this week Tool Change loss to be reduced from 40 min to 10 min/shift Todays Plan To observe the Tool change time /To analyze thro ECRS /To raise PR for ready tools / To provide ready tools near the machine / Effectiveness verification For PM PILLAR: Target to be linked with PQCDSM 1) Breakdown Occurrence Reduction 2) Breakdown Time Reduction 3) Prev.
