Full Stack Web Development

1. COURSE DETAILS

a. Name: Full Stack Web Development/Data Science and Machine Learning..

b. Duration: 10 Months
c. Start Date: Date of commencement of 1st Class of Module 1.
d. Completion Date: Date on which the Learner has successfully passed all the modules of the
Program which must be within 12 months of the Program Start Date.

2. MODULE AND PASSING CRITERIA

The program is divided into various modules. To pass the Module the Learner is expected to regularly
attend the Live Classes, submit the Assignment Work, Attempt the Weekly Tests and Clear the Module
Clearance Test (MCT) conducted at the end of every Module.

The module passing criteria for each module is mentioned as below.

Live Class Attendance 75% or more

Assignment Submission 75% or more

Module Clearance Test 60% or more

(incl. Live Interview)

If any Learner is not able to clear the module due to any reason; he/she can continue to learn in the
Program with a Backlog and reattempt the MCT subsequently along with learning other modules.

NOTE: The scoring done by the Institute for the MCT cannot be disputed and shall be final & binding on
the Learner. Further, the Institute reserves the right to modify the module passing criteria at its discretion
as per the Industry requirements from time to time. However, the module passing criteria shall be
informed before starting of the module and shall remain consistent for all the Learners’ of a batch
irrespective of their background.

3. BATCH CHANGE POLICY

We do not encourage learners to change batches. However in extreme cases if you’ve missed a significant
number of classes due to health or other emergency cases. We allow for batch change where you can
repeat the same module where you left off with another batch.

Note: Batch change is subject to the availability of another batch and may take a few weeks of time. Also,
the overall course duration will also change in case a learner decides to change batch and repeat a module.

4. PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE

The Institute provides Placement Assistance to its Learners in the form of Mock Interviews, Placement
Preparation and Job referrals who gain enough skills during the Program. Learners shall be eligible to
receive Placement Assistance from the Institute subject to meeting the below criteria:
1. The Learner has passed at least 5 out of the 6 Modules in the Program.
2. The Learners should be a graduate or in the final semester of graduation with no active backlogs.
In case the learner is still in the College, the Institute shall support the learner in getting an
Internship with its Hiring Partners.
3. The Learner shall maintain realistic expectations about the job & roles that he/she is likely to be
offered considering his/her level of expertise & experience.
4. The Learner shall actively take guidance from the Geekster educator/mentor/placement team in
making applications that are appropriate for his/her candidature.
5. The Learner must have a valid PAN & Aadhar Card and should be eligible to legally work in India.
6. The Learner has not misrepresented any information i.e. educational qualification or work
experience at the time of enrolment in the Program and should be able to pass the background
verification associated with the job offer.
7. The Learner has not turned down a Job Offer after accepting the same from the Institute’s Hiring
Partners.

Please Note: The Placement Assistance by Geekster is a complimentary service that comes as an
additional benefit to enrolling in this program; thus Geekster does not guarantee any specific salary, job
title or job location.

5. PROGRAM ACCESS

Students will get lifetime access to the course content including Concept Videos, Class Recordings, Class
Notes, Question Series etc. Access to Live Classes and Live Doubt Support shall be available for a period
of 12 months from the Start Date. However, access to our placement support shall be valid till 6 months
after the course completion date.

6. TERMINATION EVENT

The Learner is expected to exhibit professional behaviour during his/her interaction with various
stakeholders (including Educators, Employees and Hiring Partners) of the Institute throughout the
program. Geekster reserves the right to terminate the Learner from the program and revoke the access at
its sole discretion if the Learner is found to be guilty of any of the below:

1. Indulged in plagiarism or cheating in the Program (including for assignments, weekly evaluations,
project work, MCTs) or during the interview processes conducted by the hiring partners.

2. Misconducted with any of the educators, staff or employees of Institute and/or other participants in
the program and/or with the hiring partners.

3. Involved in an act which could have an adverse impact on the reputation of the Institute.

In such a case, the Program fee paid by the Learner shall be Non-refundable.

10. GENERAL

1. The Institute agrees that the information and documents provided by the Learner pursuant to his
enrolment in the program is personal and confidential information and the Institute shall use and
maintain commercially reasonable security controls so as to prevent any unauthorised access to or
use any personal and confidential information of the Learner.
2. The Institute retains the right to use the Learner name, Employer and other related information for
its internal as well as marketing purposes.
3. This document supersedes and replaces any prior written or oral communication, representations or
understandings between the parties.
