A. Content Standard
The learner realizes that information in a written text may be selected and organized to
achieve a particular purpose.
B. Performance Standard
The learner critiques a chosen sample of each pattern of development focusing on
information selection, organization, and development.
C. Learning Competency and Objectives:
1. Identify the context in which a text was developed, focusing on hypertext (EN11/12RWS-
IVac-7.1);
2. Create an integrated project (e.g., a presentation or report) that showcases understanding
of the hypertext; and
3. Reflect on and share how the understanding of hypertext influences the text analysis.

menu.
3. Insert the Link:

file.
 Place in This Document: To link to another slide in
the same presentation.
 Create New Document: To link to a new
document.
 E-mail Address: To create an email link.
4. Enter the URL or Slide Info:
o For a webpage, type or paste the URL in the
Address field.
o For a slide, select the specific slide under the

o For an email, enter the email address.
5. Click OK: After entering the hyperlink information,
click OK to insert the hyperlink.
