PATHFIT1 Culminating Activity

GUIDELINES:

● Each section/class must perform a Calisthenics dance incorporated with the Wellness dance exercise.

● The performance must not exceed 3 minutes. Including entrance and exit.

● Wellness Dance 2016 can be remixed with your own choice of music depending on your Theme/Concept is allowed. (There must

be no bulgar/bad words in the music)

● The Empowerment and Positivity theme is encouraged.

● Props and accessories are highly encouraged. (Usage of any plastic materials are discouraged as per the University Rules)

● The performance will be evaluated by group and individually. Experts will be evaluating the performance of each class during the

Culminating Day in the Summit Centre.

● For your guidance please refer to the rubrics below.

● PATHFIT1 Culminating day: January 10, 2025 (8:00am-5:00pm)

● ATTENDANCE and PARTICIPATION = MUST

● NO PERFORMANCE = NO FINAL OUTPUT
