1. THE EXAMINATIONS WILL BE BOTH PHYSICAL AND ONLINE AND ZAMBIAN BASED CANDIDATES HAVE AN OPTION TO
CHOOSE ANY OF THE TWO MODES
2. FOREIGN BASED CANDIDATES WILL TAKE ONLINE EXAMINATIONS
3. THE PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN LUSALKA
4. INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS WHO WILL OPT TO TAKE PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONSSHOULD MAKE TRAVEL AND
ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENTS
5. ONLY REGISTERED CANDIDATES WILL BE PERMITTED TO WRITE THE EXAMINATIONS – ALL ARE REQUIRED TO
PRESENT THE EXAMINATION DOCKET OR REGISTRATION FORM TO THE CHIEF INVIGILATOR
6. GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE EXAMINATIONS

Follow these steps:


Creating the Exam Environment
1. Acquire a good latest Desktop Computer or Laptop with the following specifications:
a) Windows 10 Operating System or windows 11or Mac OS,
b) 4 GB Ram or Higher
c) At least 4 hrs. of battery life (to beat load shading)
d) At least 1.6 GHz duo core processor ( If not sure contact any IT personnel in your area for help )

2. The operation System should be updated with latest patches so as to avoid automatic updates
during the exam.
3. Download safe exam browser on your computers in advance (Not on your Phones).

4. Install safe exam browser on your computer or Laptop in advance. Please make sure your computer
has an active internet connection for easy installation of the browser.

Accessing the Exam.


1. Login to Moodle System
2. Click on the Course you are writing that particular day and time.
3. Before clicking on the Exam for December 2024, Read the Exam Instructions carefully as outlined,
4. Click on the Exam for December 2024
5. Click Launch Safe Exam and wait for it to start
5. You will be asked to Login again.
6. Attempt quiz
7. Click submit button when all the instructed questions are answered.
