Yes, I agree that monotasking is better than multitasking. It is further explained for several
reasons:
Increasing productivity: While multitasking may make you feel like you're busier and
getting more done, the truth is that monotasking yields longer-term gains in productivity.
Reducing errors: Due to complete concentration on the work being done, the number of
errors was reduced to a minimum. Quality of work automatically gets improved when
compete concentration is applied on it. A person with a high quality of working life is content
with their employment, while a person with a poor quality of working life is unhappy or
whose needs are not met. Or the degree of happiness and job satisfaction among employees
of a company. Being happier Living in the now seems to make people happier than dwelling
on the past or the future all the time. Monotasking usually takes place right now. Your
monotasking, you can regain control of your focus and increase it. You are enhancing your
interpersonal relationships and connections. When you spend time with friends and family
while only paying attention to one thing, you become more connected, a better listener, and
more sensitive to their emotions. You are strengthening your multitasking abilities! It's a
cycle where you get better at monotasking the more you do.

multitasking implies can also cause people to experience severe sleep issues.
