As an Associate Developer at Sapiens, you will be an active and productive member
of an Agile/Scrum team participating in development or maintenance of our software
products.
You will be involved in coding, test/debugging and documentation activities with
learning and contributing to the success of Sapiens being your primary goal.

Dev Manager to Director and Vice President in techno-managerial stream and to

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Analyse provided requirements and understand the technical and functional
context
• Develop and unit test user stories
• Review test cases and support Quality Assurance activity
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Analyse and resolve application defects
• Active participation and contribution in development process and scrum team
ceremonies

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Very good standing in academics with a Bachelor’s degree in Science or
Engineering
• A solid foundation in computer science and software engineering principles
• Good understanding of Data Structures
• Demonstrate knowledge with a core technology as required for the role ie.,
Java, Velocity, Struts, Hibernate, EJB, AJAX,etc.,
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Service Oriented
Architecture is strongly desired
• Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for process automation and software quality.
• Team player, Independent, out-of-the-box thinker, and self-learner.
• Knowledge of insurance or any other financial domain knowledge is desirable
