Ans. One situation where I would prefer to use Fill Format for styling a
document is when I want to quickly apply the same formatting (such as font,
color, and size) to multiple elements throughout the document. Fill Format
allows me to easily copy the formatting of one element and apply it to
others with a single click, saving time and ensuring consistency in the
document's appearance.
