So heres the deal thats being presented to you every day of your life: If you stop growing, you start dying. Theres no such thing as being stagnant in life. In my mind, stagnant means going backward. Because life is moving forward and youre being left behind. Heres another illustration. If youre not climbing up the mountain of self-growth, then youre sliding down that mountain. You cant stay put. Why? Because this mountain keeps on growing bigger. With or without you. Each day, youre presented a choice. Will you climb or will you slide? Ive got good news for you: God has given you the power to grow. Use that power. Today, I want you to commit to never-ending growth. Receive all that God wants to give you in todays Feast! May your dreams come true,

The road to success is always under construction...

If you want success, you need to create Patterns of Success. Habits. Rituals. Heres a story of Max Beerbohm entitled The Happy Hypocrite. It is about a man named Lord George Hall. He was a terrible villain. He was not only mean but looked mean. Just looking at his face is enough to put one in mortal fear. Lord George Hall falls in love with a beautiful and innocent maiden named Little Miss Mere. She refuses his offer of marriage, saying, I can never be the wife of a man who face is not saintly. As a result, Lord George Hall engages the services of the finest mask- maker in the land who fashions for him the mask of a saint --- perfect in every detail. Again, Lord George Hall seeks the hand of the beautiful and innocent Little Miss Mere. But this time, he is wearing the saints mask, and she accepts his offer of marriage. Minute-by-minute, hour-by-hour, and day-byday, Lord George Hall does everything he can to keep up the hypocrisy. In short, he tries to act lika a saint. As Titus 2:7 says, show yourself in all respects to be a pattern, a model of good deeds and works According to research, 90% of our behaviors are patterns. Habits. Almost, non-thinking, second nature, repeated behavior! Practice makes perfect! If you want to be happy: youve got to create Patterns-of-Happiness. If you want to be healthy: youve got to create Patterns of Health and Wellness. If you want to be wealthy: youve got to create Patterns-of-Wealth. If you want to love and be loved: youve got to create Patterns of Love. If you create Patterns of Good Deeds, you cant help but win. Practice makes perfect! It will be very difficult not to succeed.
