Review all CBA submission.
Use the CBA Scenario Generator (AI tool) to help you generate scenarios for any
engineering discipline for any competency/indicator
Review all common mistakes. Then, make updates to your draft if necessary.

Complete eLearning modules for these ten competencies and draft an example for each one in
your association’s online portal (or just list your example’s name in the brainstorming sheet if
you want to return to it later).

Incorporate comments & feedback into a final Competency Assessment Report (optional
step)
Submit your CBA to your association
Log in weekly to your association’s online portal to check the status of your validators
completing their review. For anyone moving too slowly, remind them of the urgency and
importance.
Wait for your association to review and update you on the next steps.
