1. Setup matrix assigned to resource WR308_1119_001 and WR309_1119_001.

2. Recipe created for the material SFCARD3417800000 plant 1119.

3. Production version PV01 created. Recipe and BOM assigned to it.

4. Transfer the Production version PV01 to PPDS using the curtoadv_create tcode.

5. Validate the PPDS PDS using the /sapapo/curto_simu transaction.

--- Description ---

As a part of the S4 PPDS implementation we have to maintain the Generated Setup matrices. Below are the steps create in the S4

1. Material class created and assigned to Material

2. Recipe created for the materials with dedicated setup phase.

3. All the configuration of generated setup matrices is done at the PPDS. The setup matrix is currently in active status and it is assigned to the primary and alternate resource.

4. Created Production versions and cifed it to the PPDS using the curtoadv_create.

I can only see the produce activity for the main operation in PPDS PDS. It seems that the PDS is unable to fetch the characteristics details from the Setup matrix assigned to the Resource.

I tried to maintain the operation 0020 machine time as 1 hour, then the PDS display 0020 now. But the setup activity is still empty in this operation .

The reason is this part in the coding;
