Nomination of Executive Body.

Sir/Madam,
The leadership is the last kick of Comprehensive Peace in the camps, whereby the people of the
Ocea will be determining either to Nominate or use ballot papers. It is responsibility of OPM to
ensure Free and Fair Selection Process. As a matter of policy, other organized groups including
Youths, Women, elders and Person’s with Disability are also associated with the committee in their
discharge of duties for free and fair Nominations.

Ocea is forming Refugee Welfare Councils (RWC’s) Nomination of Executive Body for easy
coordination to function in the similar manner as during Elections. Registration for Refugee Welfare
Councils (RWC’s) Nomination of Executive Body has started from 10- Nov 2018 to 25- Nov. 2018.

OPM Police are imparting free Civic Training and Nomination to organized candidates for RWC’s
duties. Personnel from your clusters would also be selected to secure peaceful nomination process.

To have a better coordination and smooth functioning during nomination process, you are hereby
requested
 To nominate your representative RWC’s at earliest to work in Ocea.
 To provide list of your candidates those would be voted for RWC duty at earliest so that they
could be trained for RWC by OPM police immediately.
