● VDAB needs to target 4 million working age
instead of 450000 job seekers yearly
● First time on Web-based learning and
competency recognition
● VDAB needs transformation on IT-enabled
service due to partners, Counsellors, and SMEs
out of office hours working “A Paradigm Shift.”
