MINUTES OF FORM ONE ACADEMIC DAY MEETING HELD ON 1ST FEBRUARY 2019.

RESOLUTIONS
1. We discussed the school regulations with both parents and their sons. I emphasized the
importance of adhering to it and the consequences when rules are violated.
2. We discussed the extramile lessons, the parents confirmed the lessons were already in progress.
I gave them a breakdown of amount payable per term @ 2,000/= but later the Principal clarified
the form one parents were exempted from paying the term one installment. The term three
installment was also reduced from 2,000/= to 1,000/=.
3. We equally discussed about the scania bus. I told the parents it is payable in two installments,
term one 4,000/= and term two 3,000/=. We also discussed about the two classrooms and
pavements.
4. I reminded parents that any pending fees including the bus money is payable before students
report from halfterm.
5. We had an election when Madam Kapoyon was elected the class P.A representative.
6. Parents promised the students an academic trip once they perform well.

FORM 1 NE
INTRODUCTION
The class teacher welcomed class parents to school and class where students interacted with their
parents.
Teachers requested parents to pay school fees in time, so that students can be able to concentrate
in their studies where parents accepted unanimously.
The teachers told parents that the school has a project of buying scania bus where they had to
contribute 7,000/= to be paid in two phases, Ksh. 4,000 in first term and Kshs. 3,000 to be paid in
second term.
Parents also were informed that they are supposed to pay Kshs. 2000 termly starting from term two.

1. Parents were taken through the school routine and feeding program and were made aware of the
activities, subsection in the school. They were all pleased with the program.
2. The school remedial program was acceptable to parents and they promised to support it fully.
3. Parents were informed of the scania bus BOM project and were informed of payment of 4,000 in
term one and 3,000/= in term 2. Though some of the parents were requesting for more time, they
however complied and were promising to look for the money.
4. BOM Projects were all acceptable to parents since the parents and classrooms were seen.
5. The parents then Elected Mr, DAVID Katete a parent to Bill Khatete s a form 1C class
representative.

Resolutions
1. Parents and students were taken through the routine and regulations.
They all agreed to abide by and adhere to the consequences.
2. Parents agreed on remedial program and promised to pay the motivation fee which is 2,00/=
term two and 1,000 term three.
3. We discussed about the scania bus which was to be paid in two instalments.,4,000 term one and
3,000 term two.
5. Mr. Indimuli Thomas was elected as the parent representative form one West.

FORM 1 SOUTH
RESOLUTIONS
1. We discussed about parents contributing for school bus (scania) and fgrom the 7,0009/=, the
amount is to be paid in two installments, 4,000/= term one and the remaining 3,000/= to be
cleared in term two.
2. Parents also agreed to clear form one school fees by 24th February 2019 when students report
back from halfterm.
3. Most parents agreed to support the school remedial programme and together they agreed to
start paying in term two.

Academic programmes were discussed and parents were impressed by the school system, policies,
rules and regulations.
Parents were informed on the above underlined subject that the school requires a new bus due to
demand in facilitating big number of students since the current bus is limited in carrying capacity
and in poor condition.
Therefore, parents agreed to pay Ksh. 4000 first term and Kshs. 3000 in May, i.e 2 nd term and a
brand new scania bus will be launched by parents together with the Principal, teachers and students
that May.
Election of class representative was conducted and parents unanimously elected Laura Alumora
parent of Michael Kinamdali.
