POLICY

1.1 Shri jee Transport pvt. Ltd. acknowledges that an employee who has a complaint or is
dissatisfied with any matter relating to the employee's working conditions or terms of
employment shall have the right to lodge a grievance with the Company. The Company
undertakes to try to consider and resolve any such grievance at the earliest possible
stage to the satisfaction of both parties.

1.2 Accordingly, VRL has agreed to put in place a grievance procedure, the primary
purpose of which shall be to prevent and resolve conflict in the workplace and to
safeguard the interests of management and employees. PRINCIPLES

 Any employee or group of employees may lodge complaints directly with the Company
in terms of the grievance procedure.

 Any complaint lodged will be attended to as promptly as possible and will not be
unreasonably delayed.

 Management will deal with all complaints lodged fairly and fairly.

No employee filing a complaint will be harassed. Allow an interpreter if necessary.

 Allow applicants to call witnesses to testify.  Interrogate the witnesses who testify. --
Permission for cross-examination should be given. If the victim is not present, do not
proceed with the investigation.

 Any employee lodging a grievance may be represented at any stage of the process by an
associate of his choice, or by a shop steward who is an employee of the Company.

 The grievance process can be availed of by all employees of the Company. l Employees shall
be remunerated at their normal rates of pay for the time spent in discussing grievances with
the management, provided that the prescribed procedure is followed. 2. PRESS

Step 1

An employee with a grievance should first report such grievance to his immediate site
supervisor and discuss the matter with him on an informal basis. If the grievance is not
resolved during these discussions, the employee should inform his supervisor that he wishes
the matter to be treated as a formal grievance by filling out the Grievance Form in the
prescribed form. Step 2

If the complaint is not resolved in Step 1 within four (4) clear working days of the formal
complaint being filed, the employee may ask to see his Site in charge. The Site in charge and
the employee should try to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Step 3
If the complaint is not resolved in Step 2 within eight (08) clear working days, the employee
may ask to see his Branch Manager. The Branch Manager and the employee should try to
resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Step 4

In case no grievance is resolved in Step 3 within three (3) clear working days from the date of
sending the grievance to the Branch Manager, the employee may

The Grievance Committee consists of the following members: -

1. MD.

2. BRANCH MANAGER.

3. SAFETY OFFICER.

4. SUPERVISOR

5. THE DISSATISFIED EMPLOYEE.

The disgruntled employee may express his grievance in group meeting, safety committee meeting, tool box

breaking, line walk or may directly drop the grievance in the box, the draft of the grievance is kept near the box. The

Chief should try to resolve the matter within maximum fifteen (15) working days.
