Research to understand the context and background. There is a pre-read section that will help
in understanding the context better.
During the research use any information that is available on the internet to further your
knowledge.
Create a Presentation to share the research back to the HR.
Your presentation needs to have references to data points, if you use any data points / graphs
on the slide.
You can add images, from the internet or hand drawn snapshots in the slides, etc.
You will be evaluated based on the research depth, ability to summarize the research, concise
articulation of the research or and your ideas.
If you are short-listed, you will be presenting the same to the interviewer during the interview
call.

What are all the strategies used by companies to enable their sales team?

Who are the main personas involved in the sales enablement?
Pick one main persona that you understand the best from the above point. What pain points
does this persona have? How are the enablement softwares/tools helping them to alleviate the
pain points?
