CSR SPOC Guidelines - Bura Dinesh
Pre-Launch
• Go through the mandatory requirements and the role of the institution mentioned in the
proposal.
• If the institution meets the requirements as per the proposal, can share the EOI within 3
working days with a high-resolution Institution logo.
• Nominate the SPOC who is responsible for the entire program.
• SPOC must shortlist the students as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in proposal and share
the final students list (Format will be shared by ICT Academy)
• SPOC must create a WhatsApp group for training batch (nominated students, ICT Academy
officials and mentors to be added).
• After the receipt of the EOI, nominated students must complete the registration within 5
working days in the link shared by ICT Academy and pre assessment will be scheduled.
• Students must complete the pre assessment are only eligible to attend the training program –
• Nominated students must undergo pre assessment 5 days before the training commencement
• SPOC must share the training schedule 15 days prior (minimum 6 to 7 hrs. excluding lunch)
• The training schedule to be planned for continuous days (format will be shared by ICT
Academy).
• Institution must print and placed the branding collaterals as given by the ICT Academy (without
any modifications) one day prior the launch in appropriate location
• Orientation program to be organized for the nominated students along with ICT persons for
better understanding of the program prior the training commencement
• The inaugural must be conducted before or on the same day of training commencement.
• The inaugural must be conducted in the seminar hall / auditorium in presence of head of the
Institutions, HOD’s, SPOC, Mentors, ICT officials along with nominated students (Non enrolled
students also can participate).
• Institution must organize a professional photographer for covering the inaugural and as per
the guideline.
• SPOC must share all photos (Inauguration, Training, assessment, volunteering Valedictory
etc.,) through the one drive/link/mail only, not in WhatsApp
• The nominated mentors must attend the training from day one along with the students.
• Mentors’ attendance should me maintain separately by the SPOC
• If the student’s attendance is less than 80% for continuous three days batch will be cancelled.
• There will be a 3 to 4 formative assessment and1 summative assessment is mandatory.
• Capstone /Mini Project/self-learning to be completed on time if applicable.
• For certification students must have 80% above attendance and clear all the assessment and
capstone project mentioned above.
• During the training, there will be a surprise audit\ visit by ICT Academy and donor
• During the training there will be a volunteering session and mentoring session from donor end
(Physical / Virtual).
• Minimum 3 to 5 students feedback video (each 2 to 3 minutes) need to be taken and share the
same on the last day of the training program
• The following documents must be handover to ICT Academy field project coordinator with seal
and signature or send hardcopy to the HO.

✓ Training completion in Institution letter head.
✓ Training testimonial in Institution letter head.
✓ Course material acknowledgement by the Institution (If applicable)
✓ Course material acknowledgement by the students (If applicable)
✓ All the photos related to this training session need to be share through mail
✓ Certificate acknowledgement
• Valedictory must be organized within one week from the receipt of certificate to the SPOC
(Valedictory photos must be share through the mail)
• College must identify one or two students to shoot Human interested story based on
requirement.
• College must identify four or six students along with SPOC & Mentor for Impact video shoot.
