Objective

ThinkFast Challenge
• To enhance student learning by providing weekly quizzes that:
o Reinforce key concepts
o Promote consistent revision
o Foster healthy competition through a leaderboard
• Ultimately improving academic performance and subject proficiency.
• Top 10 students in each subject will win cash prizes
Mechanics

ThinkFast Challenge
1. Weekly quiz will be pushed every week on Thursday
2. Quiz will be available on PGC app and my.pgc.edu portal
3. Each quiz will cover the syllabus covered in the previous week (Monday to Saturday)
4. Students will have 3 Days to attempts the quiz, after that it will expire
5. A missed quiz means zero marks in that quiz
6. A quiz will have subject-wise MCQs
7. Each subject will have a limited time window (1 minute per MCQ) in which the MCQs will have to be
attempted

Login - Portal

Students will log in using their

Microsoft ID and password
Quiz Pop up

After logging in, this pop up will

appear if the quiz is active

After clicking on “Let’s Go” a

second pop up will appear with the
instructions of the quiz
Quiz Pop up

If a student clicks on quiz detail, it

will show them a summary of:

• Subjects in that quiz

• Total Marks for a subject
• Time allocated to that subject
Quiz - Timer
• Upon clicking “Begin”, the quiz for the first
subject will appear and the timer will start

• The student has to attempt that subject within

the given time frame, after the time lapses the
answers for that quiz will automatically be
submitted and the next subject will be unlocked

• If the student refreshes or close the page the

timer will not stop and after the timer
Quiz - Marks
• Correct answer will give 1 mark

• Un-attempted or wrong answer will give zero

marks

• Un-attempted quiz will also give zero marks

• Once an option is selected, the student cannot

change their answer
Quiz - Subjects
• Students can view the list of all subjects for
which the quiz is available on the left

• Upon attempting and submitting the first subject

the second subject will unlock

• After attempting all the questions, student has to

click on Submit button

• When a student clicks Submit <subject name>,
this pop up will appear, the student can go back
in-case they missed a question or just press
submit and move to the next subject

• When a student clicks submit <subject name>,
this pop up will appear.

• The student can start next subject or close the

pop up and attempt the next subject later but
before the quiz expires

• Once a student clicks on Start next subject the
quiz for next subject will unlock

• The completed subject will be highlighted green

with the time taken to complete it written next
to it
Quiz – Completed subjects
• When a student has completed the quiz for all
subjects, they will be highlighted green with the
time taken to complete that subject written next
to it.

• When a student has completed the quiz for all
subjects this pop up will appear, through which
he can see his results by clicking on See Result

• Upon clicking “See results” the student can view

their results which will tell them
• Total Marks
• Total Time
• Correct questions
• Incorrect questions
• Skipped questions

• The student can also see the subject details of

his results

• The student can also see the subject details of his

• This will contain a subject break down of each

subject’s performance
Login - Mobile

• The student will use his Microsoft ID and

password to log into the application

The pop up will appear if the

weekly quiz has been pushed,
upon clicking Let’s Go; quiz
details will appear
Weekly quiz - Timer

• Upon clicking Begin the quiz

for the first subject will open
• If the time for a subject
• The timer will start counting lapses this pop up will
backwards appear

• If after starting the quiz, the

student closes the
application the timer will
keep running
Quiz – next subject

• After submitting the first

subject, the app will ask
• This pop will appear when the user if they want to
the user completes one start the quiz for the next
quiz and click on Submit subject
