Your call history is usually logged in the log tab of


your app. You can view the same to a certain extent
on the phone app in your app. When it comes to an
Apple iPhone, call history is usually deleted after
every two days. In such a case, it can be hard for
you to track down whom you called and for what
time duration. Therefore, it is important to know
how one can check their call history easily.

Even if you have an Android phone, scrolling down


and finding a call log can be exhausting. Therefore,
a detailed report of your call logs displayed in a
systematic format can be useful. But most of us
don’t really know how to find such a report for a
prepaid sim connection. Don’t worry, though! Airtel
Thanks has got you covered. Users usually see
Airtel Thanks as a mobile recharge app. But it is so
much more!

Your call history can be checked online using the


Airtel Thanks app. Most of the users don’t know
about this process. Therefore, we will talk about
how to get the call history of any number using the
Airtel Thanks app.

So, let’s get started.

How to get the call history of a mobile


number?

If you are a postpaid user, your monthly bill can


help you find the detailed call history easily. But if
you are a prepaid user, you have to rely on your
phone logs to check the call history. Sometimes,
you wish to save the contact of a person who called
you two days back. It is hard to find the number by
scrolling through the phone log list and saving it
accurately.

A detailed list in a PDF format with the time and


duration of the call can help not only identify the
number but also check how many times you have
contacted the same number.

You can download a PDF format document of your


call history for one month or six months from the
Airtel Thanks app using the steps given below.

Follow these steps to check


call history:
Open the Airtel Thanks app on your phone. If the
app is not updated, make sure to update it from
Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Once updated, please open the app.
Directly, tap on the Help tab of the app. It is
located at the bottom of the app screen in the
extreme right corner.
The Help tab as the name suggests, helps the
users to raise a complaint against any Airtel
services and track the status of the request
regularly. You can also use the Help section to
start a chat to get an appropriate response to
your queries. This Help section can also assist
you to get the call history of your mobile number.
Once you are in the Help section, tap on the Chat
icon.
A new tab will open for you. Here, you will have
a list of pre-recorded queries like transaction
history, recharge history, etc. Ignore these and
tap on the chat box.
Type Call history here. You can also use the voice
feature. Once you type call history, you will see
the following text:
“To receive the call details for your Airtel Prepaid
on your email ID, SMS EPREBILL (space) MONTH
(space) EMAIL ID to 121. There are no charges
for the bill. You will receive the call details for all
chargeable transactions done from your
account.”
According to the above message, you need to
send an SMS to 121 with the specific format to
get a report for your call history.
If your number is 9535659098 and email ID is
[email protected], your message will look like this
– EPREBILL OCTOBER [email protected] . You
need to type this SMS and send the message to
121 from the messaging app in your phone.
After sending the SMS, wait for a few seconds or
minutes. You will receive a similar response as
this – “Hi, Ebill for 9535659098 for the month of
Sep’22 has been sent to your email ID:
[email protected]. Your ebill password is
XXXXXXXX. Your ebill password is usually your
DOB and last 4 digits of your phone number.
Now open Gmail on your phone or laptop. You
must have received the mail from Airtel. Scroll
down to open the PDF. Enter the password.
And voila, you now have a detailed report of your
call history for the month of September 2022.

How to get Airtel call history


for the last 6 months?
To get the Airtel Call history of the last 6 months,
you can follow similar steps for each month. You
cannot get the bill for all 6 months together in one
go.
