2 Inward/Outward Procedure Apprentices will be able to-
 Inward the correspondence received from various department,
autonomous bodies, corporate, individuals etc. and take necessary
entry on the inward register.
 Distribution of correspondence marked to various sections.
 Outward correspondence issued by various sections to other
department /sections or individuals and take necessary entry on the
outward register
3 Noting & Drafting Apprentices will be able to-
 Put up the notes pertaining to correspondence to the Superiors.
 To draft letter for communication
4 Communication Skills with Apprentices will be able to-
Public/Colleagues etc  Promote the individual behavior in Department, a proper body
language, dress code, gestures and etiquettes.
 Work collaboratively with colleagues through sharing information and
ideas and working together on agreed outcomes.
 Adopt appropriate professional appearance and perform tasks to the
required workplace standard
5 Office Procedures, Record At the end of this module, the trainee will be able to –
Maintenance & Leave Rules  Know the knowledge of Office Procedure like maintenance of register
and entry in the file register.
 Maintenance of file, circulars and also aware of various types of leave
and filing correspondence
6 Learning & Development and At the end of this module, the trainee will be able to –
Organizational Development  Describe the Training and development objectives, an overview of the
training process, principles and strategies, etc.
 Prepare Training Need identification, analysis and assessment.
 Describe & Demonstrate the Competency Mapping, Identify the
Competency Gap Analysis and bridging the gap through various L&D
interventions.
 Design the training programs, delivery methods, describe the role of
trainer(s) as per training objectives, Undertake the assessment and
feedback of training programs
 Coordinate Training Programs in different modes for different levels
of employees.
 Design and Develop various organizational development initiatives.
 Describe the Organizational Structure, Design & Change Management
7 HR Software/Portals and SAP- At the end of this module, the trainee will be able to:
ERP System and HR Analytics  Extensive use of MS Office applications, HR Portals, SAP-ERP system
for decision making and other office applications.
 Process, maintain, store and retrieve data whenever required using
relevant applications software/portals.
 Organize files/records and documents maintaining confidentiality.
8 Professional/Business At the end of this module, the trainee will be able to-
Communication Skills  Apply business email writing, report writing, noting/drafting,
knowledge sharing sessions/presentation with peers.
 Promote the individual behavior in Organization, a proper body
language, dress code, gestures and etiquettes.
 Prepare & Share relevant information with superior officers to carry
out further processes/decision making
9 Professional Etiquettes and At the end of this module, the trainee will be able to –
