2.3 Communications plan

Will you meet face-to-face, online or mixture of each to communicate?

We, as a team of six, preferred hybrid system of communication. We connect several off-line sessions for
discussions and zoom meetings for presentation of our ideas.

How often will you come together to share your progress?

We met twice a week, off-line and rest of the time conducted online meeting as the letter was more convenient.

Who will set up online documents and ensure that everyone is contributing?

All documents were created on google docs or canva docs, and were shared among all six members.

What tools will you use for communication?

For communication, we used Zoom for online meetings or
online presentations.
For offline meetings or discussions, we meet up.
Seldom conference calls were also done.
2.4 Team meeting minutes (create one for each meeting
held)
Date of meeting: 28th August

Who attended: All Team members

Purpose of meeting: Discussion of inputs for the project

Items discussed:
1. What inputs we had for our project
2. Main purpose of creating this project “QUALITY EDUCATION”

Things to do (what, by whom, by when)

1. Researching on how to make a Project on our topic (Manav singh)
2. Content of project (Maskeen Kaur )
3. Unique inputs of project (Sahilpreet kaur)
3. Problem Definition
3.1 List issues faced by your school or community while studying

When it comes to issues faced by my school or community while studying, one common is
the lack of resources. Sometimes we don't have enough textbooks or materials to support
our learning.
Overcrowded classrooms can definitely be a challenge. It can be hard to concentrate and
get individual attention when there are too many students in one class.
It can be tough when classrooms get overcrowded. It's harder for teachers to give each
student proper teaching . It would be great if schools could find ways to reduce class sizes
and create a more conducive learning environment.

3.2 Which issues matter to you and why?

Quality education is incredibly important because it sets the foundation for a successful future.
When we receive a quality education, we gain knowledge and skills that help us navigate the
world, pursue our passions, and achieve our goals. It equips us with critical thinking, problem-
solving, and communication skills that are essential in today's ever-changing society. Quality
education also promotes personal growth, empowers individuals to make informed decisions, and
fosters a sense of curiosity and lifelong learning. It plays a crucial role in shaping individuals,
communities, and societies as a whole.

3.3 Which issue will you focus on?

We aim on focusing on problems faced while studying. Lack of proper study resources,
teaching styles , lack of experienced learning.
Student with a proper teachment will make history in education.

4. The Users
4.1 Who are the users and how are they affected by the problem?
We, as a team, wish to have a larger audience of all students, teachers. The users can be anyone as a student if it will face a problem regarding studies or knowledge
engagement.

4.2 What have you actually observed about the users and how the problem affects them?
Lack of quality education can have significant effects on students. When students don't have access to quality education, they may struggle to acquire the necessary
knowledge and skills to succeed academically and in their future careers. It can limit their opportunities and hinder their personal growth. Without quality education,
students may face challenges in critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication, which are essential skills for navigating the world. It can also perpetuate inequality
and limit social mobility, as those with limited access to quality education may face barriers in pursuing higher education or securing better job opportunities. It's
important to address this issue and ensure that all students have access to a quality education that empowers them to reach their full potential.

4.3 Record your interview questions here as well as responses from users.
Q1. How was the experience of using our project ?
A1. It is so easy to use as a student ,I recommend to all other pupils to access
this program.
Q2. Did you find our motive meaningful or not?
A2. Yes, the aim behind the creation of this project is quite realistic and can
cater to a much larger audience.
Q3. Can you see yourself using this project?
A3. Definitely! This helps me a lot to access my true potential and gaining
much knowledge.
Q4. Do you think this project will showcase to all over world?
A4. Why not? This project is a one step solution for all students as well as
teacher’s and using this regularly may also help them to excel in future and
creating interest in studies consistently.

4.4 Empathy Map

We have mapped what the users say, think, do and feel about the problem in this table.

4.5 What are the usual steps that users currently take related to the problem and where are
the difficulties?

1. When the users face problems while studying, He/She prefers to viewing YouTube recorded
lecture. In addition to this, students take some tutions in nearby.
2. During exams , students feel confusions, doubts and concerns about the topics.
Therefore, this project handle out all these problems of students and make the students to learn
more smoother and in sophisticated way for sure.

5. Brainstorming
5.1 Ideas
How might you use the power of AI/machine learning to solve the users’ problem by increasing their knowledge or improving their skills?

implementation.

EASE OF DEVELOPMENT
5.3 Based on the priority grid, which AI solution is the best fit for your users and for your
team to create and implement?
We have briefly summarized the idea for our solution in a few sentences.

According to our team , Quality education refers to an education system that provides students with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities they need to succeed in life. It
goes beyond just academic learning and focuses on holistic development, including critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and social skills. Quality education
promotes equal access and inclusivity, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to learn and thrive. It also emphasizes the importance of qualified and well-
supported teachers, engaging and relevant curriculum, and a safe and supportive learning environment. Our team mainly aims to prepare students to become active and
responsible global citizens.

A good way to identify what you have learned is to ask yourself what surprised you during the project. List the things that surprised you and any other thoughts you
might have on issues in your local community.

Team member name: Muskanpreet kaur and Karanjit Singh

Making this app, I got more knowledge about FIGMA . This project also helped me grow as an individual. It helped increase my social skills as I had to actively interact
with other team members and my teacher. I found this project to be very interesting and was fully engrossed into it. I think our learning app would really save a lot of time
and give a memorable experience to the users.

Team member name : Sumanpreet Kaur and Jaskaran Singh

During the process of developing the project . We really developed my problem solving skills as whenever we faced a problem during testing we had to come up with a
different solution for each time. This really helped us enhance our logical skills as well. It also taught us how much effort goes behind in developing even the tiniest of
projects.

Team member name: Gurneet Kaur and Mansehaj Singh

The creation of this app has helped us to earn a lot about AI models and their algorithms.Using FIGMA, made this project even more informative and intriguing. Other
than that, it helped us learn a lot about data collection which was my prime task. I sourced data from multiple sources which further exposed me to a new educational
world. I’m grateful for getting this wonderful opportunity. In our opinion, if this project will going on this would really make the world a futuristic one.
