John is an English solicitor who just joined the in-house legal department of a
major corporation whose headquarters are in Brussels / Belgium. He was
assigned to the department’s legal knowledge depository and asked to write a

memorandum about Case C-133/12-P Stichting Woonlinie v Commission. The
