1.The Role: Associate Software Engineer


Location: Work From Home – PAN Asia Pacific
Experience: 0-2 years

Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
• Final-year students who are working towards a B.Tech (CS/ IT) degree
in Computer Science and Information Technology with 60%
throughout.
• Basic Knowledge of one or more programming languages and oops
concepts
• Basic Knowledge of Node JS. / Visual Studio/ Net Beans.
• Basic Knowledge of MySQL, SQL Queries
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows OS, Networking, 3-tier
applications
• Good communications skills
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• Be open to learning new things
• Basic knowledge of Cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google) will
be added advantage
• Willing to work in a 24*6 environment on rotational shifts
• Work from home.
2. The Role: Jr. Manager - PPC
Location: Work From Home – PAN Asia Pacific
Experience: 3-5 years

Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
• Responsible for planning, strategizing, and overseeing the
implementation of daily account management responsibilities
associated with Google Ads, Bing and other search platforms for a
variety of clients.
• Review competition strategies, strengths and opportunities
• Suggest large keyword lists as per the business goals and target
audience Monitor and review keyword bidding, daily and monthly
budgeting, clicks, quality score and other important campaign metrics.
• Plan catchy creative and graphical ad designs to attract the buyers
attention.
• Provide suggestions and execute best strategies for most relevant
keywords, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, etc. as
per the client objectives.
• Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports and find out the
improvement areas
• Keep pace with search engine industry trends and developments.
• Manage and train the team project development, timelines, and results
to meet client goals
• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
• Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI's to identifying opportunities
for improvement in performance & regularly reporting to
management
• Bachelors Degree in Digital or in a related field
• AdWords certification is an advantage but not essential
• Must have handled a minimum ad budget of $1,000,000 per year
• Experience in running E-commerce campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and dashboard creation
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and SEO
• Experience with multiple platforms, e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo,
Bing
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tableau, Web Trends or
similar analytical tools

Compensation Details:-
Role:- Associate Software Engineer
Remuneration:- INR 3.7 lac per Annum (India/ Philippines /Sri Lanka)
USD 240 / per week (US candidates only)
Pay Grade: 1

Role:- Jr. Manager - PPC


Remuneration:- INR 5.0 lac per Annum (India/ Philippines /Sri Lanka)
USD 350 / per week (US candidates only)
Pay Grade: 2

**During the Training/Probation period for Pay Grade 1, the stipend will be provided.
Please ask the interviewer for your stipend details(varies according to the interviewee’s
location.
**Detailed Annexure of salary will be shared during Onboarding Process.
