In alignment with this vision, we are pleased to announce Techno-Fest 2024 –


An Enlightened Vision, a two-day event celebrating the birth anniversary of Dr.
APJ Abdul Kalam, India’s Missile Man. This event, scheduled for the 14th and
15th of October 2024, aims to spark creativity and innovation among students
through a series of engaging and thought-provoking activities. By connecting
their aspirations with Dr. Kalam’s legacy, we hope to inspire them to envision
and achieve extraordinary goals.

We are delighted to invite your esteemed school to participate in this

 Time Duration: 2 to 3 minutes. A warning bell will sound
after 3 minutes, and participants must conclude their
speech upon hearing the second bell. Participants
exceeding the time limit will be disqualified.
 Participants must not disclose their identity during their
speech.
 Reading from paper notes is prohibited.

Themes: The expo will feature a range of sub-themes under
the following broader themes:
• Renewable Energy
• Sustainable Environment
• Robotics and Automation
• Health and Medicine
• Space Exploration
• Innovative Agriculture
• Hygiene and Cleanliness
• Women Safety
• Transportation and Safety
 Each school may send a maximum of two teams, each
presenting a model.
 Each team must prepare a concise write-up (maximum 200
words) detailing their model, to be submitted in hard copy at
the exhibition venue on the day of the event. Teams must
clearly specify their chosen theme and sub-theme during
registration.
 The host school will provide each team with a 3x2 feet
display table and access to an electrical socket.
 All additional resources, including stationery, electrical extensions, laptops, internet
connectivity, and a white cloth sheet for the display, must be brought by the
participants.
 Models must be safe to operate and must not pose any risk to individuals or property.
 Prohibited Items: Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials, weapons, or items
resembling weapons.
 Event Structure:
Round 1: Teams will present their models to the judges, followed by a
question-and-answer session.
Round 2: Shortlisted teams will present their models again, with an
additional Q&A session.

 Complete the Series or Solve a Mathematical Problem using
Python: Formulate a series or solve a problem. Series or

 Debug the Code: Identify and correct errors in a given

 The idea should be original and can be from any field.
 Teams are encouraged to present a prototype, if available,

 The content of the presentation must be original. Any
plagiarism will result in disqualification.
 Each team will have 3-4 minutes to pitch their idea,
followed by a Q&A session with the judges.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
 Registration must be done by October 04, 2024 at-

 A student can participate only in one event.
 The participants must wear white shirt and black
trouser/skirt but must carry their I-cards.
 Reporting time at school reception -8:30am
 Entry will be from Gate No. 2
 The decision of the judges and quiz master will be final
and binding.
 The overall winner will be declared on the basis of
compiled result of all the events and will be honoured
with the running trophy of Techno Fest- An Enlightened
Vision.
 First and second runner up trophies will be awarded to
overall second and third position holders.
 The host school will not participate in any event.
 The head of the institution winning the trophy will be
responsible for its safe custody and will have to return
the same to the host school by Oct 1, 2025
