Client Responsibility Agreement

This agreement is made between Dream Decor Event Organizers LLC (“Service
Provider”) and _______________ (“Client”) on 16/ 01/ 2025.

1. Venue Fines Responsibility:

The Client acknowledges that Dream Decor Event Organizers LLC is not
responsible for any nes, penalties, or charges imposed by the venue or resort.

2. Client Liability:

The Client agrees to pay and resolve any nes, dues, or penalties arising from
non-compliance with the venue’s policies.

3. Indemnity Clause:

The Client indemni es Dream Decor Event Organizers LLC against all claims or
nancial obligations related to venue nes or charges.

4. Late Payment Clause:


In case of delay in payment of nes or dues beyond the 12-hour period, an
additional charge of AED 500 per day will be applied until the dues are cleared.

By signing below, the Client agrees to these terms.
