This agreement is made between Dream Decor Event Organizers LLC (“Service
Provider”) and _______________ (“Client”) on 16/ 01/ 2025.
The Client acknowledges that Dream Decor Event Organizers LLC is not
responsible for any nes, penalties, or charges imposed by the venue or resort.
2. Client Liability:
The Client agrees to pay and resolve any nes, dues, or penalties arising from
non-compliance with the venue’s policies.
3. Indemnity Clause:
The Client indemni es Dream Decor Event Organizers LLC against all claims or
nancial obligations related to venue nes or charges.
