SPEECH

Good morning, everyone, I'm Sharthak Khandelwal

"Kindness is a language the deaf can hear and the blind can see."
Today, I stand before you to address an issue of profound importance
BEHAVIOURAL ISSUES IN TEENAGERS. The stresses generated from schoolwork
can cultivate feelings of overwhelming helplessness and frustration, driving
some individuals toward disruptive behaviors that disturb not just their own
lives, but also the lives of those around them. Moreover, the relentless pursuit
of social approval often compels teens to make negative choices that can have
lasting consequences, altering their paths in ways they might not yet
comprehend. Emotional struggles, such as debilitating depression and low self-
esteem, only serve to intensify these challenges, making it absolutely essential
for us to take proactive action.

Recognizing that these behaviors often signal deeper, underlying issues is the
very first step toward meaningful change in our schools and communities. We
must foster a nurturing environment where open communication flourishes—
between peers, parents, and educators alike. This collaborative approach will
ensure that we can identify and address these pressing challenges at an early
stage, thus preventing them from escalating into more significant issues.

While there are a variety of solutions at our disposal, such as encouraging

participation in positive activities and providing robust emotional support,
fostering resilience among adolescents remains paramount. Organizations and
community groups can play a pivotal role in this endeavor by offering
invaluable resources, including counseling equip us with essential coping skills.

In conclusion, effectively addressing behavioral issues in our teenage years is

crucial for our holistic development and overall well-being. By acknowledging
these challenges and implementing robust support systems, we empower
ourselves and our peers to navigate this transformative period of life with
confidence and success. ."So, let's commit to being kind, understanding, and
supportive of one another."Thank you for your attention.
