Basic Functionality:

1. Fully editable and customizable website


2. Responsive across all platforms
3. OTP-based signup and log-in, with Google log-in
4. Inter-chat messaging system between Consumer and Investor
5. CMS pages such as about us, blog, faq, privacy policy, and more. With the option to add
more such pages from the backend.
6. Investment calculator

8. Customizable menu and code adding backend.
9. Chat Support with the admin of different teams

The functionality of Consumer:

1. Will be able to log in and upload KYC and start the journey.
2. Will have to submit data related to solar requirements. Submits all the documentation.
3. Pre-recorded calculations of the website tell users the recommended Solar Plant size.
4. If satisfied, the user needs to make a token amount payment of INR 500 to further
process the application.
5. Gets a dedicated order management team member for the installation of the plant.
6. Select a preferred time and date with the member to make a video call.
7. Video call to be integrated with ZOOM for recording and future reference. Will be able to
see the video.
8. Gets a refund if the plant installation is not possible.
9. If approved, will take the user to the full project payment page.
10. User will be able to make online or offline payments.
11. Once payment has been done, the user will be able to see the project progress in the
project section.
12. Will be able to see plant generation on daily basis.
13. Consumers will be able to list and sell whole projects if they user wishes to. It will be
further to go to the listing team for evaluation.
14. Upon successful completion, it will show to the listing section and open for the investor to
make an offer.
15. buy/sell/PPA team will close the deal and offers will be shown in the offer management
section.

The functionality of Investor:

1. Will be able to log in and upload KYC and start the journey.
2. Will be able to see the different available projects to invest in.
3. If the investor likes a project and wants to invest and if the project is uploaded by the
SunShell Admin, there will be an investment button for him to make the payment.
Payment can be monthly or recurring, full or fractional, online or offline.
4. Upon successful completion of the payment, the investor will be able to see his
investment in the portfolio section of the dashboard.
5. Will be able to request withdrawal of investment.
6. Will be able to buy the whole project from the listing and will be able to make requests
for the same.
7. Will be able to see all the payments made by the investor.
8. Invest will be able to sell the whole project he owns if he wishes to and can make a
request to the buy/sell/PPA team.
9. Will be able to buy out projects listed by the consumer. If interested, the buy/sell/PPA
team will make offline arrangements.
10. Will be able to see offers and final offers and closed offers in the offer sections.
11. Successful buy projects will be shown in the portfolio section.
Admin functionality:

User management Admin:

1. Can create/delete/edit users from admin


2. Check the KYC of the user and approve or reject based on the documents submitted.
3. Will check all the tickets and chats raised by the user and assign them to the respective
team.

Payment Management Admin:

1. Can check payment status and history.


2. User-by-user payment data.
3. Forwards successful payment Consumer user to Order management admin.
4. Processes the refund for canceled and unfulfilled orders.
5. Will be able to check and approve online and offline payments of Approved Orders.
6. Once payment is done, the admin will enable it and the order will turn to Project.
7. Will be able to mark all the payments invest made by the investor.
8. Will be able to make payment to the investor on return of investment.
9. Will be able to accept or reject investment withdrawal requests by the investor.

Order Management Admin:

1. After payment, assign the user to a team member for a video call.
2. Share calendar data to book the video call with Zoom
3. Will be able to see video call data.
4. Sends a request to the Payments team for a refund in case of unfulfilled order.
5. For Approved projects, team members will mark the order as approved and will enable
the user to the full payment.

Project Management Admin:

1. Project is allotted upon successful completion of the payment and marking by the
payments team.
2. Will update the status of the project at different stages.
3. Upon completion of the project, the admin will connect the user with the generation API
for the user to see how much electricity is being generated.

Listing Management Admin:

1. Admin will be able to add/delete/edit different Upcoming Projects for investors to have a
look at and to make an investment.
2. For invested projects, the admin will update the project status from start to end.
3. Will be able to reject/accept and modify sell requests by the consumer and put it up to
the listing for the investors.

Buy/Sell/PPA Management Admin:

1. Will be able to see any whole buyout request from the investor and make offline
transfers.
2. Will be able to cater to the request of the investor to sell his whole project and make
offline transfers and documentation.
3. Will be able to add offers in the offer management section for both investors and
consumers.
