REGISTRATION OF POLITICAL PARTIES – REGISTRATION OF “MADIGA MAHAJANA
TELANGANA PARTY” OBJECTIONS CALLED FOR.
No. 123/SEC-L/2009.– Notice is hereby given to the general public that the State Election Commission intend to register a political party under the name and style of “Madiga Mahajana Telangana Party” with Sri V. Basavaiah as its President under the Registration of Political Parties and Allotment of Symbols Order, 2001, issued by the State Election Commission, Andhra Pradesh. Objections, if any, for such registration from the general public, may be sent to the Secretary, State Election Commission at the above address within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objections are received within the time stipulated, the Commission will register “Madiga Mahajana Telangana Party” as a political party to contest in Local Body elections held on party basis.
