Introduce a lesson by a song related to theme For example great patterns ………….

25minutes Lesson development


Step 1
Teacher to display different shapes. Teacher to demonstrate on how to make patterns.
Core competence: CriticaThinking, Problem Solving, Communication and
Collaboration as they make patterns.

Values:cooperation as they work together. Appreciate locally available materials

Pcl:Taking turns as they share objects.

Step 2
Learners to make patterns using different shapes with the help of the teacher. Learners to
identify shapes that look alike.

Step 3

Learners to fill in missing shapes in pattern.
