INTRODUCTION
The document presented here is the same with the one in
the issue. We want to have a high quality of visual aspect
so we ask the authors to follow this simple indications.
We ask you to format the document exactly the same this
document. Important advice or suggestion: You may
use this file as a template in case you work with
Microsoft Word. Just replace the text here with your text
content and and rename the file.
PAGE SIZE AND MARGIS
At a first glance this document format is unusual, please
format your document identicaly with this one. Page
Size: Custom 8,18cm / 26,7cm. Page margins – Top,
Bottom, Left, Rigt: 0 cm. This format allow us to
integrate it in a special page format with two columns -
bilingual (romanian/english). Again, if you use this file as
a template, you don’t have to change the Page Size and
the Page Margins.
WORK TEXT
For the work text please use Times New Roman font,
size 10 points. If you don’t have this font type, use one as
close to this. On Mac systems, use Times font. All
paragraphs are justified aligned, like this one

Please cite the articles form this issue in this manner:

Quotations references or sources are placesd in text for an
easy source quotation identification and for helping the
reader to localize the sorce of quotation in Reference
section. The name of the author and work publishing year
in simple brackets are included in this quotations
references.
Examples: One author Works
in a recent enviroment study (Carasevici, 2007)
If the name of the author is included in text the quotation
reference will include only the work publshing year in
simple brackets.
Carasevici (2000) shows in a recent study
Multiple authors Works
As it emphasised (Carasevici and Volkodav, 2009)
If the multiple author names is included in text, please
use the word “and” and the quotation reference will
include only the work publshing year in simple brackets.

If one work has three, four or more authors quote all only
on the first quotation reference.

In all following quotation references please include just
the first name of the author row followed by "et al."

We recommend no to use footnotes. If you have to do it

FIGURES/FIGURES TITLES/EXAMPLES
Place tables / figures / images in text as close as possible
form the place that are indicated (see Figure 1). Figures
titles must be written with Times New Roman, 10 points,
bold, centered with figure..

SECTION TITLE
For section titles use Times New Roman font, 12 points,
bold, capitalls, left aligned, with 6 points distance above.
Subsections title
For subsection titles use Times New Roman, 12 points,
bold, left aligned, with 6 points distance above.

For subsection titles use Times New Roman, 12 points,
italic, left aligned, with 6 points distance above.
