Install python first.

-Run installer fie as administrator


-Customize installation
-Next
-check 'Add python to environmant variables' box
-check 'Precompile standard library' box
-replace default installation path for simpler folder (without spaces) eg: "C:\"
-Close

-Go to C:\Program Files(x86) and locate Python folder


-Enter python folder, check if python application exists, then copy the path
address of this file from upper address bar
-right click on 'This PC'
-Properties
-Advanced system settings on the left side
-Click on 'Environmant variables'
-In 'System variables' section, click on 'Path', click on Edit, click on New and
paste copied path address,
and move it to top if necessary (Move Up)
-Click on OK, and close rest of the windows
-Python 3.8.3 is set up
-click on windows key and search "IDLE". Python functions/programs can be run in
this
