    Digital Thermal Mass Flow Meter for Gases

    Gas Mass Flow Meters for medium ow rates

    Bronkhorst® model F-112AC Mass Flow Meters (MFMs) are suited for precise measurement of ow ranges between 0,8…40 ln/min and 1,4…250 ln/min
    at operating pressures between vacuum and 100 bar. The MFM consists of a thermal mass ow sensor and a microprocessor based pc-board with signal
    and eldbus conversion and a PID controller for optional mass ow control by means of a separately mounted control valve.

    EL-FLOW® Select series are equipped with a digital pc-board, offering high accuracy, excellent temperature stability and fast response. The main digital
    pc-board contains all of the general functions needed for measurement and control. In addition to the standard RS232 output the instruments also
    offer analog I/O. As an option, an on-board interface can be mounted to provide CANopen®, DeviceNet™, EtherCAT®, PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET, Modbus
    RTU, ASCII or TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, POWERLINK or FLOW-BUS protocols. The EL-FLOW® Select design features optional Multi Gas / Multi Range
    functionality, providing (OEM-) customers with optimal exibility and process efficiency.
