Using Pulse Secure VPN for Windows Systems

To set up a VPN account (for FIRST time setup only) To establish a VPN connection
Step 1 – Install Pulse Secure Application Launcher on your c. Scan QR Code with “Google Authenticator” or “FreeOTP Step 1 – Launch Pulse Secure client on your Windows

Step 2 – If you are using a Windows machine that does not
have McAfee antivirus software installed, go to

to download McAfee Endpoint Security for Windows and
install it on the machine

Step 3 – Download App on your mobile for token generation Step 2 – Login with CORPHQ-HK-PCCW/ OA-HKCSL-NET
Google FreeOTP domain account

Authenticator Authenticator

Step 4 – Create a VPN profile

a. Navigate https://corpvpn.pccw.com with IE browser on
the Windows machine. Then click “Yes” to execute Host d. Enter the token (e.g. 000354) to the input box displayed
