Cloud Engineer - Job Description:
About the Role:
As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development,
implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and services. You will
work under the guidance of senior cloud engineers / Cloud Architect to gain
hands-on experience with various cloud platforms and technologies. This role is
ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in cloud computing and
are willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
a related field.
Basic Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
Programming Skills: Familiarity with one or more programming/scripting
languages (e.g., Python, Java, Shell scripting).
Database fundamentals - MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases like
MongoDB, etc
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Basic cloud certifications [ GCP ]
Projects: Any projects related to cloud computing.
Operating Systems: Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
