1. Subject to the payment of the Fee, which shall be a condition of this undertaking coming into
effect, Inderscience hereby undertakes to prepare and publish the Article in the Journal, subject to
payment of the Fee, and shall make the Article available on an open access basis to all readers
without charge, whether or not a subscriber to the Journal, subject to the terms of a Creative
Commons Licence.

3. Copyright in the Article shall remain vested in the Author. In the case of CC BY-NC-ND, the Author
licences and authorizes Inderscience to publish the Article in printed and electronic form, and sub-
licence such reprint, re-publishing, and distribution as Inderscience shall deem appropriate in the
interests of the Journal. In the case of CC-BY these permissions are automatically granted to
Inderscience and any other entity wishing to republish the Article, or modify it for publication.

4. The Author warrants that the Article is the Author’s original work, has not been published before,
and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere; and that the Article contains no
libellous or unlawful statements and that it in no way infringes the rights of others, and that the
Author, as the owner of the copyright, is entitled to make this assignment.

5. If the Article was prepared jointly by more than one author, the Author warrants that he/she has
been authorised by all co-authors to enter into this agreement on their behalf.
