The classroom management model appeals to me the most is engaging with students when
others are distracted by an unruly, disruptive, or inattentive student is the classroom model that

I select classroom management strategies based on the type of learners I am working with and
observations of their behavior with or without their teacher.
2. What prompted you to use this/these strategy/strategies?
I used these strategies to keep them behaving even when the teacher was not around and to
avoid them messing up with their classmates. I also applied those strategies to wake them up
to the reality of the world inside the school after the pandemic happened.
3. What are the challenges and problems you encountered while choosing the most effective
strategy for managing your class?
The challenge and problems that I encountered while selecting the most effective strategy for
managing my class are that there are some students who are difficult to scold no matter how
many times you scold them, and even if you did, their behavior would be the basis for grading
and deducting their scores, which would be useless because some students would not be
affected by that.

class?
