Dear Parent

Greetings from Gurukul Global School!

Please note the following information regarding the 07 days educational tour to Bombay - Goa.

Timings:
1. You are requested to drop your ward at the Chandigarh railway station on Sunday, 25th September, 2022 at
4:30 a.m. sharp. The departure of the train will be at 5:20 a.m.
2. Due to the limited capacity in the aircraft, the students will be sent back in two batches.
The first batch of students will reach on Saturday 01 October, 2022 at 8:30 p.m. at Chandigarh
International airport.
3. The second batch of students will reach on Sunday, 2nd October, 2022 at 6 a.m. at Chandigarh
International airport.
Details of Batch 1 & 2 will be intimated to you through WhatsApp.
4. You have to pick up your ward from the airport itself. Any change in the timing will be intimated through a
WhatsApp message.
The train & flight details have already been sent to you in the itinerary.

Instructions: Please note that


1. It is mandatory for every child to carry their school identity card along with them.
2. Students may carry their sunglasses, caps/hats and school house t-shirt.
3. Students should carry their swimming costume and swimming glasses. (for Essel World)
Note: Girls to carry their full swim suit.
4. Students should carry lightweight bags. The weight limit for the luggage per person should not be more than
15 kgs and additional 6 kgs can be carried as cabin luggage.
5. Students should write their name, class, name of their school on their bags so that it can be identified easily.
6. No expensive items like jewellery, electrical gadgets will be allowed. You are requested not to give a huge
amount of cash to your wards to spend.
7. The students will be completely responsible for their own belongings.
8. Students should wear comfortable shoes for their journey.
9. Students are expected to wear decent and comfortable outfits throughout the trip.
10. Punctuality of the students are required for all organised activities .They need to strictly adhere to the
timings.
11. Participation is mandatory for all the activities. No child can stay back in the hotel at the time of sight-
seeing.
12. The pupils will have to move along with their teacher incharge.
13. The students have to report to the teacher incharge of their particular group. They may approach their
teacher incharge for any clarification, guidance and direction during the trip.
14. An attendance check will be carried out during each day of the trip at every point.
15. Parents must inform the teacher in charge regarding any medical or pharmaceutical requirements that the
child may have.
16. No student is allowed to order food in the hotel from any source.
17. Regular WhatsApp messages to update the parents will be sent by the teachers in the newly created group
by the name Bombay Goa trip.

We expect the students to strictly follow all the above instructions to avoid any sort of penalty.
Measures to ensure the safety and health of the students have always been our priority.
