Dear Student/Principal/School Exam Coordinator/Parents,

We would like to compliment you for successful mocks attempted by you / your school students
/ your wards. Your contribution is immense in making it successful. We have reached to the final
stage of our Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan Examination 2024-25 in first phase. We would like to
request you to please go through the instructions provided here for the students. Please
circulate them for the smooth and successful completion of Final Exam.

Some common guidelines/instructions are mentioned below, if you have any queries kindly
contact the state coordinator designated to assist you from VVM’s website through ‘Contact Us
– State Coordinators – Your Respective State’ menu or the same can be found in your
school/student dashboard.

1. Always read the instructions carefully before attempting the Exam as the candidate will be
given only one chance to attempt the Final Exam.
2. If school exam coordinator has provided his/her or school’s contact details or email id, he/she
is requested to provide the students with their Username and Password.
3. If any school student is not able to Login in the Exam App or recall his/her Password, School
Exam Coordinator is requested to login in school panel the confirm the same with the student
or guide to use Forgot Password option in Login Page on website (if student’s details were
provided at the time of registration) before 10 November, 2024.
4. After starting the Exam if any student is unable to complete the same whatever the reason,
his/her request will not be entertained at all. Ask students to use the same device they had
used to give Mock Test. Do not let them change the device in the last moment to avoid any
kind of issues.
5. If you have already installed the Safe Exam Browser, while attempting Mock Exam you don’t
need to download or Install it again (Desktop Users only). Just uninstall the previously used
VVM Mock Exam Application (Mobile/Tablet Device) from your device. Download the latest
VVM 2024-25 Final Exam App (V85) one day before the exam.
6. Make sure you have installed or install VVM 2024-25 Final Exam App (Mobile App V85) or
VVM 2024-25 Final Exam SEB App (Desktop/Laptop App) after 12:00pm on 10th November,
2024 to appear in Final Exam on 11th November, 2024.
7. Final Exam can be attempted from your home/school anytime between 10:00am to 08:00pm
on 11th November, 2024. Hence no Admit Card is required. Last Login can be done till
05:59pm. Instructions and App related to 11th November, 2024 exam will be updated or
shared on 10th November, 2024.
8. Guide Mobile Device users to follow the instructions provided and avoid playing with any of
the buttons (power / sounds / camera); to minimize the App while attempting the Exam.
Three such attempts will lead to termination of exam session and automatic submission of
Answer Sheet. They should turn ON Airplane Mode when prompted to do so as Mobile App
will work OFFLINE during the Exam.

9. Guide Desktop Device users to follow the instructions provided and avoid playing with any of
the keyboard buttons, to minimize, turn OFF internet/WiFi during the exam (Desktop/Laptop
users only) as it works ONLINE. Three such attempts will lead to termination of exam session
and automatic submission of Answer Sheet.
10. If any student fails to upload the Answer Sheet online, he/she can download it and email the
same on [email protected]. In such cases 24hrs time will be provided to share the
Answer Sheets. School Coordinators are requested to collect all the Asnwer Sheet files, make
a Zip Folder and share the same.
11. Choose your Regional Language if you wish to see the questions in regional language as well
as in English. English is default/secondary language.
12. As it is Application based examination, no student will be allowed/able to login in website
from 10th November, 2024 to 12th November, 2024 (Till 11:00am). All the necessary links e.g.
Links to download Device Specific Instructions, Installation Guidelines, Mobile and Desktop
App will be available on the home page of the VVM’s website.
13. You are also requested to keep your exam devices fully charged (Mobile/Laptop) and power
back up for Desktop devices.
14. Make sure Exam App Version is V85 for Final Exam on 11th November, 2024.
15. Make sure there is sufficient empty space (about 500mb) in the internal memory of your
mobile device and close all the Apps running in background so that App works smoothly.
16. Disable the screen lock of your devices during exam hours or do not keep screen idle as it will
be counted as minimize attempt.
17. If a student while attempting the exam is not able to see the complete question or options,
please guide him/her to scroll up and down or side wise. He / She can also zoom the images
for better understanding of the same (Mobile Users only).
18. Detailed instructions related to how to install app and how to go to exam according to
Device Types are same as Mock Exam and are attached with letter. These will also be
available for download on VVM’s website.
19. Links of Apps for Final Exam to be held on 11th November, 2024 will be updated on 09th
November, 2024.
20. IT Team will not be able to handle / sort out the issues, if students have not given Mock Test
and thus are not acquainted with the VVM 2024-25 Final Exam App.

participation in Final Exam of VVM 2024-25.
