 Prepare Ledgers. To help monitor the movement of cash and cheque transactions.

 Prepare Trial Balance. The total of all ledger balances are posted to the trial balance thus,
both debit and credit transactions and any differences that comes about will be
investigated to aid in the preparation of a Financial Statement and help users of such
financial information to make informed decision.
