Be strong and courageous.

Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord


your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will
strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah
41:10

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be
discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9

And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can
destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28

confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to

thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all
understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-
discipline. 2 Timothy 1:7

There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with
punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. 1 John 4:18
