Detailed Lesson Plan in ENGLISH (Grade 10)

I. Objectives:

At the end of the lesson, the students are able to do the following at least 85% of mastery
level.

a. define modal verbs;


b. demonstrate precise use of modal verbs in oral and written communication; and
c. appreciate the importance of choosing appropriate modal verbs for effective expression.

modal verbs to express different meanings ( possibility,
ability, permission or necessity) and analyze wether the
sentence uses the correct choice of modal. You will
categorize it by "sitting" and "standing" you will stand if
the statement uses correct modals, and you will sit down
if the sentence use incorrect modal verbs.
