Name,Basic,HRA,DA,MA,Gross Pay

Now insert the name and basic for 10 employees and then calculate by
the following rules :

HRA= 8% of basic

DA=20% of basic

MA=5% of basic

Gross Pay= Basic+DA+HRA+MA
