Subject Demand Notice issued for overdue of Customer ID - 1138368047

Dear Sir/ Madam,

In Pursuance to the instructions of my client Early Salary Private limited incorporated under
companys Act,2013 having its Registered office at _O/at 404, The Chambers, Clover Park, near
Ganapati Mandir Chowk, Viman Nagar, and Pune-411014.You are informed by the said notice as
under:

1. That my client states that you contacted my clients authorized representatives/


technology partner namely Fibe and applied for the below mentioned Loans, bearing Cust
ID 1138368047 total amounting to Rs.140,975.00 were disbursed upon the completion of
all legal formalities. That the said loans were duly disbursed in your account or merchants
account as per the service/s availed by you. That you have duly agreed to the terms and
conditions of the loan agreement/s through OTP verification before availing the loan/s
through my client.

2. That my client further states that you have committed a breach of the terms and
conditions of the loan agreement/s by inter alia defaulting on payment of monthly
installment/s due and payable by you to the NBFC under the said Loan Agreement/s.

3. On the account of default, you are liable to pay us the entire overdue balance of
Rs.9485.04 as on 2024-11-02 or refer the application through https://bit.ly/3DVm89o for
your current overdue pertaining to your loan/s by the way of outstanding principal, arrears
(including bounce charges and late charges) and interest as agreed by you through Key
Fact Statement at the time of availing of loan/s. In addition to the said outstanding dues,
you are also liable to pay interest and penal interest due in future till the entire overdue
amount are paid entirely.

4. Therefore, you are advised to repay the entire overdue amount payable within a period
of 7 days through click-to-pay or refer to Fibe application for repayment, from the receipt
of this notice failing which my client shall be constrained to initiate further legal action/or
avail to the offer sent to you at your registered email ID or to your registered number
through SMS immediately.

5. Please note that this notice is sent to you without prejudice to NBFCs rights and
remedies including the appropriate legal proceeding initiated before the appropriate courts
and/or Tribunal for recovery of the above and outstanding amount.

6. You may contact Fibe at 020-67639797 or email on [email protected] for any clarification
and/or for compliance of this notice at your part between 9 A.M -6 P.M Monday to
Saturday.

A copy of this reply has been retained in our office for future action and references.
