Introduction

School Management Software, in essence, is a sophisticated


tool designed to streamline the management and
administration of educational institutions. In this respect, its
central objective is to automate, often time-consuming,
administrative tasks and processes. Also referred to as a “School
Management System” this type (or category) of software, offers
a wide range of functions, encompassing everything from user
management, school management, and comprehensive user
login and student registration , all the way to School
management System.
OBJECTIVE
Management should strive to fulfill the following objectives,

1. It helps in the task of running the school smoothly and


effectively.
2. It frames the polices, rules and regulations.
3. It lays down the structure of the school.
4. It prescribes the power, authority, functions and
responsibilities of the different positions in the organization.
5. It provides good professional leadership and dynamic
supervision.
6. It co-ordinates the various activities of the library.
7. It aims at effective communication to maintain better
working conditions and human relationship.
8. It resolves the various conflicts that arise within the school.
9. It helps the school to function with social responsibility and
ensures the socio-emotional development of the community.

School Management System have a great scope for future


use.
1. Today’s Centralized Market environment.
2. Due to automation manual maintenance of the records
can be removed.
3. It is Flexible so easy to update.
4. For future expansion the proposed system can be web
enabled.
CONCLUSION
Since the world is growing for globalization every organization
wants to beat its competitors and wants to grow. So, the
centralization and online work is the need of organization that
deals in sales & distribution. Survival a manual system is difficult
so, that’s why organization of the trading world wants to
computerize their functionalities. The application is user friendly
and needs to special training in handling and maintenance. Data
processing is more efficient and less error prone, which will be
helpful for the user to obtain information efficiently. The aim of
the software is to provide a solution for Entry and Storage.
