Overview

Goals and Scope: RenewAgra aims to modernize and integrate its three businesses: CropCo,
TransCrop, and EnvoData, each using different data management systems. The project’s
immediate goals include replacing CropCo's Excel data management system, integrating data
management across the company, and securing data sharing. The long-term goals are to
maintain high-quality global data, provide mobile data access and analytics, and explore
advanced technologies like drones and IoT.

Immediate Goals:

three businesses.
● Integrate data management across the entire company to ensure a single source of
truth.
● Provide a secure means for CropCo engineers to share data.

Long-term Goals:

● Maintain high-quality global data in a single user interface for internal services and
external customers.
● Provide a fully mobile data access and analytics platform enabling the company and
its customers to access and track data in real-time.

assessment requirements, carbon emission limits, and sustainability certifications.

Activity 4: List four questions you would ask the customer that would clarify their business
needs.

● What are the main challenges you face with your current data management systems?
● How do you manage logistical operations across different regions, and what
improvements are you seeking?
● What data analytics capabilities are essential for your business, and where do you see
gaps in your current setup?
● Are there any specific regulatory requirements that significantly impact your business
operations in different countries?

Stakeholders and Partners
