Session Title: Reflecting on Hope
Session 1. Reflect on the progress made in understanding and cultivating hope
Objectives: throughout the month.
2. Identify personal strategies for maintaining hope in challenging circumstances.
3. Share insights and experiences with classmates to inspire collective hope.
III. TEACHING STRATEGIES
Component Duration Activities and Procedures
Preparation and 10 mins. Greet students warmly and express your excitement for the lesson.
Settling In - Quick Kamustahan

Create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for reflection and sharing.

Prepare any materials that may inspire reflection on hope.


Peace 36 mins. Icebreaker Activity: "Hopeful Moments Reflection"
Education - Ask students to individually reflect on moments of hope they
Learning experienced throughout the month.
Session - Have them jot down these moments on paper.

Multimedia Exploration
- Share inspirational quotes or images related to hope to stimulate further
reflection.
- Allow a moment for silent contemplation before proceeding.

Small Group Discussions


- Divide students into small groups and ask them to share their
reflections on hopeful moments.
- Encourage open and supportive dialogue among group members.

Group Presentation
- Invite each group to share one particularly impactful reflection or
insight with the class

Through - Lead a brief class reflection on the overall experience of exploring hope

- Assign homework that encourages students to write a short reflection
on a time when they felt hopeful and how it affected their outlook on
life.
